“Learning Fun and Having Luck” Classes for Senior Citizens
In order to take care of senior citizens, National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) opens the “Elder Classes”, including nutrition and health care, physical fitness, practical English for traveling, useful new knowledge, and other diversified courses.
Thirty senior citizens became the students of NUK in the inauguration, Dr. Leon S. L. Wang the President of NUK praised them “learning fun and having luck”. They also join some courses with university students, and have chance to share their experiences to the young students.
