National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) treats stray dogs in a humane and friendly way. The faculty, staff and students take care of these stray dogs as“fur kids”, in addition to regular daily outings, feeding, cleanliness, and applying vaccines and neutering surgery to ensure the health.

NUK applied the method of “TNVR” (Trap, Neuter, Vaccination, and Return) to control the number of dogs in the campus. NUK also created a map of campus and set a billboard on the basis of the main activity area of more than 20 stray dogs.
