- 確保任務、里程碑和專案階段的完成，包括但不限於功能說明文件、設計規格文件、系統建構、品質管理、數據遷移和專案成果審查。

- 與內部和客戶專案團隊合作，建構基本的NetSuite功能、客製化和第三方軟體整合。

- 協助客戶進行需求訪談，瞭解業務流程和需求，建構解決方案。

- 與導入團隊合作，評估客戶現有系統、業務流程和挑戰，納入NetSuite解決方案設計並提供改進業務流程的建議。

- 與專案負責人合作，透過系統化解決方法改善客戶企業流程。

- 與導入團隊合作，在NetSuite中構想測試情境並執行系統測試。

- 協助客戶從現有系統遷移數據到NetSuite。

- 培訓系統實際用戶在日常工作中有效使用NetSuite的功能。

- 與系統實際用戶合作，了解、定義和建構客製化報表、操作畫面和關鍵績效指標 (KPIs)。

- 協助解決客戶的問題，採取實際行動進行故障排除並提供解決方案。

- 跨越多個時區工作，偶爾在辦公時間之外工作。

- 保持對了解客戶需求的好奇心；了解RSM的其他服務以及發現可能為客戶帶來額外價值的機會。

As a project team member in the Technology Consulting practice, you will work with project leads/managers to execute ERP implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project methodology. 

Our NetSuite team crosses 20-plus countries on 5 continents. You will be comfortable with working with our team members globally.

Our clients are leaders in their sectors. You will work with them to develop solutions that meet their organisational strategy and objectives, enabling them to take full advantage of NetSuite and the benefits/agility that cloud applications bring. Our clients will see you as a trusted advisor, and you will work closely with them to identify, analyse and solve their business challenges. 

As part of your role, we will provide broad opportunities to develop your application and consulting skills. Through training and experience gained on projects, you will be expected to complete NetSuite certification to support our reputation and positioning in the market.  

工作內容

• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, data migration and project reviews. 
• Work with internal and client project teams to configure base NetSuite functionality, customisations and third-party integrations. 
• Assist in requirements-gathering sessions with clients to map business processes and requirements to solutions. 
• Work with the implementation team to assess the current state of clients' existing systems, business processes and challenges, factor into NetSuite solution design & suggest business process improvements. 
• Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions. 
• Work with the implementation team to create and execute testing scenarios in NetSuite. 
• Assist with data migration from existing systems to NetSuite. 
• Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite’s features within the context of their daily jobs. 
• Work with end users to identify, define and create customised reports, dashboards and KPIs. 
• Provide support for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providing resolution. 
• Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside office hours. 
• Maintain curiosity in understanding client needs; begin learning about RSM’s additional services and how to spot potential opportunities that will bring extra value to clients

待遇

月薪四萬元起

Starting from NTD 40,000

應徵條件

- 語言要求：必須能流利地使用中文與英文，以及以下其中一種語言： 

• 日語 

• 越南語 

• 泰語

- 應備學士學位，專業不限，最好（非必需）有商業管理、會計、製造與供應鏈管理、資工、管理資訊系統或相關領域的副修

- 如有需要，具有前往拜訪客戶（國內和國外）的能力

- 能夠在壓力下工作，滿足截止日期，並同時處理多個專案

- 必須具備團隊合作精神，並能夠有效地與公司各級人員互動

- 具有良好的邏輯、分析和解決問題的能力。

- 出色的人際溝通能力

- 具有良好的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠以商務術語表達複雜的技術概念

• Language requirements: must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, plus one of the following languages:  

• Japanese
• Vietnamese
• Thai

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably (but not essential) with minors in Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field required. 
• Ability to travel to clients (domestic and international) if needed. 
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the firm effectively. 
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent people skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
