In order to forward the new southbound policy, National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) hosted free Vietnamese and Thai language courses for high school students.

Basic listening, speaking, reading and writing classes are provided in the language courses for 144 hours. The aim of the course is counseling the students to pass the “Foreign language proficiency test” in the future.
