Po-Yi Chiang a graduate of National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) was invited to attend the opening ceremony for freshmen on September 9; his Work “listen to love” an interactive sign language book won the Red Dot Design Award and International Design Award this year. Dr. Jow-Lay Huang president of NUK encouraged the freshmen not only study hard but also join activities and make good friends to broaden their vision. President Huang also subsidized 84,000 NT dollars for Chiang’s trip to receive the award in Germany, and encouraged the freshmen to emulate Chiang’s effort.
