President Wang and Dean Ting participated the forum between ST9 & E9. The forum was held by turns of members of ST9 & E9. This year the forum was held by NPUST(National Pingtung University of Science and Technology), for 2015 was SCUT(South China University of Technology). The subject of this year is the youth mobility and resources sharing. President Wang suggested to bring the academic topics into this forum will make the exchange more practical. His opinion is supported by many of the allies. For 2017 this forum will be held by the member of E9, and the chair university of ST9 will be I-Shou University.
