National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) Celebrates the Lunar New Year: Wishing Prosperity in Work, Faculty and Staff Receive Blessing Red Envelopes, and Hoping for the School's Continued Success

2025-02-05  "Good luck with the new year's work! This year, we continue to work together!" The National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) held a Lunar New Year celebration today (5th ). President Chi-Jen Chen, along with the administrative team, visited various colleges, offices, and centers to extend New Year greetings and distribute blessing red envelopes. This event expressed gratitude to faculty and staff for their hard work over the past year while wishing for the continued prosperity of the university.

President Chi-Jen Chen, Vice President for Academic Affairs Shiow-Huey Chuang, Vice President for Administration Hsing-Hao Wu, Chief Secretary Hsin-Tai Pan, and Director of the Personnel Office Shu-Yu Ho visited various departments on campus to extend Lunar New Year greetings and best wishes.

Chi-Jen Chen stated that since taking office, he has been promoting various policies and is grateful for the dedication and efforts of faculty and staff. Notable achievements include implementing the Higher Education SPROUT Project (HESP), collaborating with the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education, and working with enterprises to advance the net-zero transition. Looking ahead, he hopes to further enhance the reputation of the National University of Kaohsiung this year.
