NetSuite Consultant, Technology & Management Consulting Services (Taipei Office)

As a project team member in the Technology Consulting practice, you will work with project leads/managers to execute ERP implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project methodology.

Our NetSuite team crosses 20-plus countries on 5 continents. You will be comfortable with working with our team members globally.

Our clients are leaders in their sectors. You will work with them to develop solutions that meet their organizational strategy and objectives, enabling them to take full advantage of NetSuite and the benefits/agility that cloud applications bring. Our clients will see you as a trusted advisor, and you will work closely with them to identify, analyse, and solve their business challenges.

As part of your role, we will provide broad opportunities to develop your application and consulting skills. Through training and experience gained on projects, you will be expected to complete NetSuite certification to support our reputation and positioning in the market.

工作內容

工作內容:

• 確保專案任務的完成，包括:功能說明文件、設計規格文件、建構系統、品質管理、數據遷移和專案審核
• 與內部團隊、客戶團隊合作，設定基本的NetSuite架構，及客製化和第三方整合軟體
• 協助客戶進行需求訪談，根據業務流程和需求，尋找解決方案
• 與專案團隊合作，評估客戶現有系統、業務流程、痛點，設計NetSuite解決方案，並提出建議以改善業務流程
• 與專案負責人一起以系統化方法改進流程
• 與專案團隊合作，在NetSuite中，設計測試情境並執行測試
• 協助客戶從現有系統遷移數據到NetSuite
• 培訓使用者在日常工作中有效使用NetSuite的功能
• 與使用者合作，了解、定義和設計客製化報表、儀表板和關鍵績效指標(KPI)
• 為客戶問題提供協助，以實作的方式排除困難，並提供解決方案
• 跨時區工作，偶爾會在辦公時間外工作
• 保持對理解客戶的好奇心，了解RSM的其他服務，以及發現能給客戶創造額外價值的機會

Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, data migration and project reviews.
• Work with internal and client project teams to configure base NetSuite functionality, customizations, and third-party integrations.
• Assist in requirements-gathering sessions with clients to map business processes and requirements to solutions.
• Work with the implementation team to assess the current state of clients' existing systems, business processes and challenges, factor into NetSuite solution design & suggest business process improvements.
• Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions.
• Work with the implementation team to create and execute testing scenarios in NetSuite.
• Assist with data migration from existing systems to NetSuite.
• Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite’s features within the context of their daily jobs.
• Work with end users to identify, define and create customized reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide support for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providing resolution.

待遇

月薪新台幣四萬元以上

Starting from NTD 40,000 per month

• 必須能流利使用日語/越南語/泰語其中之一
• 優秀的英文和中文書面溝通能力
• 優秀的人際互動能力、邏輯能力、分析和解決問題的能力
• 能夠在壓力下工作，並同時處理多個專案
• 如有需要，能夠出差到國內外處理客戶工作

Requirements:           

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Must be fluent in in Japanese, Vietnamese, or Thai
• Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent people, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel (domestic and international)
